CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancellations must be received by the booking officer two weeks
PRIOR to the booking. Persons cancelling within the two week period will
forfeit all fees paid. If a refund is required application should be
made to The Management Committee.

Your details will be recorded and a booking made for you.
Instructions for payment and accessing the lodge will be given at that time.
NOTE
Bookings are not confirmed until
paid. Bookings will remain in a REQUESTED state until
paid. Once paid, bookings reach an ACCEPTED state. When you
receive an email from the booking system it will advise of the booking state.
Our Facility’s
We have 6 bunk rooms of approximately
5-6 per room
Dinner and breakfast are supplied on
a complimentary basis. This consists of
meat, vegetables and both continental and cooked breakfast.
You will be required to bring up
your own bread and milk. If you require anything different you will
need to bring your own. You will be required to share any duties
i.e., Cleaning, Cooking, etc.
We don’t provide bedding. Please bring
your own sleeping bag and pillowcase and (any
special dietary needs)
