CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancellations must be received by the booking officer two weeks
PRIOR to the booking. Persons cancelling within the two week period will
forfeit all fees paid. If a refund is required application should be
made to The Management Committee.

Please complete the form below to initiate a booking. If you have any questions, please email the Booking Officer at bookings@lwtc.org.nz.
Your details will be recorded, and a booking will be made for you. At that time, instructions for payment and accessing the lodge will be given.
NOTE
A booking must be for a minimum of two nights.
Bookings are not confirmed until
paid. Then, the booking system will email you with the booking state, door codes, and welcoming instructions.
Our Facility’s
We have 6 bunk rooms of approximately
5-6 per room
Dinner and breakfast are supplied on
a complimentary basis. This consists of
meat and vegetables, as well as both continental and cooked breakfast.
You will be required to bring up
your own bread and milk. If you require anything different you will
need to bring your own. You will be required to share any duties
i.e., Cleaning, Cooking, etc.
We don’t provide bedding. Please bring
your own sleeping bag, pillowcase and (any
special dietary needs)
